Before booking, please ensure your pet has up to date rabies, bordetella and distemper vaccination records. You can email them to info@lakesidepetspa.com
Because Saturday is a highly desired time, NEW clients must pay a $25 deposit to book an appt on Saturdays. It is refundable if cancelled 48 hours in advance. Once you book your appt, we'll send you a link to pay the deposit to confirm the appt.
We require rabies, Bordetella and distemper/parvo vaccinations. We highly recommend influenza vaccine but do not require it due to shortages. Some vets are delaying rabies in small breed puppies and older dogs. We can accept a waiver from your vet in lieu of rabies. Puppies must have completed all required rounds of vaccinations before grooming.
You will need to bring a written record from your vet. We cannot accept tags. You may show us on your phone instead of a hard copy.
